Cancellation & Refund

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHANGES

Since we are an online Marketplace, cancellations must be made by you using our website or with the mailto:cancel@airporttransfer.com e-mail adress which will directly send you an cancellation form in order to get your details and cancel it on time. You may be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your booking. Cancellation time limit may vary by the Transport Company and the vehicle you choose, this is one of the listing features that Airporttranfer offers to fit best to it’s users. Cancellation time limit for the bus or group transfers (for more than 14 passengers) is subject to 72 hours, cannot be cancelled within 72 hours. All modifications that are made within 48 hours to the transfer time are subject to cancellation policy. Please refer to the terms and conditions and the specific cancellation policy of the Tranfer Company booked prior to the time of booking. Airporttransfer cannot be held responsible and will not pay compensation for any flight ticket, hotel reservation, train ticket cancellations that may occur due to the delay of the transportation company. To prevent these kind of inconveniences, we strongly recommend you to issue your own insurance for these. (please see 14. insurance)

If you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking using the website, no refunds will be provided. After your transfer takes places, within 3 days, your booking is signed as completed. No complaints will be taken into account after your booking is signed as completed. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the Transfer Company needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Transport Arrangements or to cancel them. We will also liaise between you and the Transport Company in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by the them but we will have no further liability to you.
